How long does it take?
About a week, once you send us your shop's details. That includes two rounds of changes.
What do I need to give you?
Just the basics: your logo if you have one, a few photos, your menu, your hours, and where you are. Our little form makes it easy.
Who owns the website?
You do, completely. It's yours.
Can I change things later?
Yes, and you won't need us for the little stuff. Once your site is live you get a simple editor: click the thing you want to change and type, or just ask in plain words. Your hours, menu, prices and photos are yours to update anytime, and you can't break the design. Your package also includes two rounds of bigger changes from us.
Do I need to be techy to update it?
Not even a little. If you can send a text message, you can update your site. You click or type, and the design stays safe no matter what.
Is hosting included?
Yes, free for the first three months. After that it's just $27 a month to keep it online, editable, and looked after, or we'll hand it over to you for free.
What about my web address?
We'll set it up for you, up to $20 is on us. Want a fancier one over $20? You just cover the difference. Already have one? We'll use it.
What if I don't have online ordering or Instagram?
No worries at all. We add what you have and skip what you don't.
