Refund Policy

Studio is built on one promise, the First Hello Guarantee: if your new website doesn't make you smile, you get every dollar back. No questions, no forms, no hard feelings.

How to ask for a refund

Just email studio@roastlaunch.com and tell us it isn't right for you. We refund the full $497 build fee to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Payments and refunds are processed securely through Stripe.

When it applies

• •During your build, at any point before your site goes live.
• •After it goes live, if it doesn't turn out to be something you love.

Hosting and the Editor

Your first three months of hosting and the Editor are included. After that, hosting is $27 a month and you can cancel anytime, or take your whole site and self-host it for free. You are never locked in.
